We are seeking a proactive and results-driven IT support specialist to cater to the needs of small and medium-sized enterprises.
This role involves providing top-notch end-to-end IT support to clients, encompassing on-site and over-the-phone assistance.
You will be responsible for resolving customer issues, analyzing root causes, and implementing fixes to ensure seamless IT operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
Essential Skills:
* Outstanding communication and customer service skills
* At least 4+ years of experience in MSP (Managed Services Provider) environment
* Ability to multitask and manage multiple customers simultaneously
* Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, and Exchange server
* Azure knowledge and experience with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and network security
* Full Australian Driver's License and own vehicle
Desirable Qualifications:
* Relevant certifications or degrees in IT-related fields
