As a Recruitment Consultant at ANZUK Education, you won't just fill shifts, you'll help shape early learning experiences across Adelaide. You'll build meaningful partnerships, connect exceptional educators with opportunity, and grow a career with real purpose.
About the role
This is a fast-paced 360 temporary recruitment role where you'll take ownership of a growing Early Childhood desk and play a key role in supporting centres when they need it most.
You'll be responsible for:
* Managing a portfolio of Early Childhood centres across Greater Adelaide
* Attracting, interviewing, and onboarding high-quality Early Childhood educators
* Speaking with 30+ educators daily, building strong and trusted relationships
* Partnering closely with centre directors and leadership teams to deliver reliable, values-aligned staffing solutions
* Identifying opportunities to grow existing partnerships and expand your client network
* Working collaboratively with a high-performing, people-first team

About you
* Ability to work rotating shifts (across the hours of 6:30am-6:30pm)
* Experience in recruitment, account management, customer service, sales, or another fast-paced, people-facing role
* Strong relationship-building and business development capability
* Resilient, proactive, and comfortable working at pace
* Genuinely motivated by people, purpose, and making an impact
* Full Australian working rights
* A valid driver's licence and willingness to obtain a Volunteer Working With Children Check
