Roles & Responsibilities
* Support documentation and delivery phases on major precinct-scale developments.
* Collaborate with nominated architects, internal construction teams, and external consultants to achieve design outcomes.
* Maintain design intent and quality across concept, DA, and delivery stages.
* Assist with coordination, BCA compliance, and technical resolution on multi-residential and mixed-use projects.
* Gain exposure to early-stage design and planning as the business brings more work in-house.
What you'll need to succeed
* Experience in multi-residential or mixed-use projects.
* Strong technical capability, with an eye for detail, buildability, and compliance.
* Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
* Proficiency in Revit.
