* Represent the organization at hearings when required and perform administrative tasks such as reporting, addressing complaints, and maintaining accurate property and tenancy data.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to compose professional correspondence via email to internal and external stakeholders.
* A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable people, with essential criteria including demonstrated experience in client-focused tenancy management services and a solid understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act.
