Part-Time Administrator (Work From Home)

Perth Real Estate Media is a growing real estate media company providing professional listing media for both sales and rental properties. We specialise in photography, video, floor plans and drone imagery. Since launching in 2024, we have grown to a team of seven and service the entire Perth metropolitan area, with projects completed as far as Carnarvon.
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Administrator to support daily operations and help ensure our workflows run smoothly.
This role is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. There is genuine opportunity for this position to develop into an Operations Manager role and a full-time position over time. Hours:
28 hours per week, between 9:00am – 3:00pm Work-from-home position.
Pay:
$34 per hour after successful completion of a 2-month probationary period ($32 per hour during probation).
Key Responsibilities
* Managing incoming phone calls and emails
* Scheduling jobs and coordinating photographers
* Managing and communicating with offshore editing team
* Checking completed work for accuracy and quality control
* Data entry and file management
* Invoicing support and basic bookkeeping tasks
* General administrative support

* Strong attention to detail

* Warm, professional phone manner
* Highly organised with strong time management
* Confident using computers and cloud-based systems
* Able to work independently and problem-solve
* Previous administration experience preferred
* Experience within the real estate sector would be looked upon favourably
