Overview
Position: MR Truck Delivery Drivers
Location: Various locations – Rocklea, Ormeau, Northlakes QLD
Pay Rate: $33.80/hr to $36.00/hr (dependent on experience)
Hours: Runs commence between 4:30am and 8:00am, with finish times dependent on daily workload
Employment Type: Casual, ongoing (potential for permanent placement)
Start Date: Immediate
Responsibilities
* Drive HR or MR trucks to worksites to perform deliveries
* Physical and repetitive labouring tasks
* Load and unload trucks
* Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
* Adhere to road safety laws and fatigue management regulations
Requirements
* A valid MR or HR truck licence with a minimum of 12 month's on-road driving experience
* Physically fit and able to safely lift over 16kg as part of daily manual handling
* White Card (or willingness to obtain)
* Comfortable working closely with an offsider and independently when required
* Reliable transport (Public transport is not available)
* Prior experience with deliveries, construction sites, or removalist work (advantageous but not mandatory)
* Valid Forklift Licence (advantageous but not mandatory)
