Hotel Operations Manager Role

* We are seeking a skilled Hotel Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services.
* The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing guest relations through a professional and solutions-driven approach.
* A strong understanding of compliance and safety requirements is essential for this role.
* This position involves supervising daily housekeeping and maintenance schedules to maintain the hotel's presentation and cleanliness.
* The ideal candidate will also have experience in supplier coordination, deliveries, and basic financial administration.
* Additional responsibilities include supporting recruitment, rostering, and staff performance management as needed.
* The Hotel Operations Manager will be the after-hours emergency contact and ensure that guest safety protocols are followed.

Requirements:

* Proven leadership experience in hospitality, preferably in small to medium accommodation operations.
* A minimum of 1-2 years of hospitality leadership experience is required.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset.
* Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
* A sound understanding of PMS systems, OTA platforms, and front-office processes.
* The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Solid knowledge of compliance and safety regulations.
