Your Responsibilities: Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including screening and shortlisting candidates.
Support onboarding and induction of new hires.
Draft employment contracts and HR-related documentation.
Contribute to employee engagement and training programs.
Maintain HR records and update internal databases.
Support HR policy development and compliance tracking.
Assist with performance management and employee review cycles.
Support payroll and HRIS (Human Resource Information System) tasks.

Requirements / Knowledge: Degree or current enrolment in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Familiarity with MS Office; knowledge of HR software (BambooHR, SAP, Workday) is a plus.
Enthusiasm to learn and develop practical HR skills under mentorship.
