Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to assist in the administration of our commercial pool construction projects. As a contracts assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring that all project documentation, invoices, and administrative systems are managed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process, code, and manage supplier and subcontractor invoices using accounting software.
* Organize digital receipts and documentation for easy access and reference.
* Assist with project administration, including contracts, safety documentation, and compliance records.
* Support the preparation of site safety and project documentation for upcoming jobs.
* Update and maintain project workflows using project management tools.
* Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and project managers to ensure accurate record-keeping and timely communication.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in administration or contracts administration, preferably in the construction industry.
* Proficiency in accounting software, project management tools, and other relevant systems.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
