The Criterion Hotel is looking for Food & Beverage Attendants to join the team, you will be an integral part of the team delivering fantastic customer service to the patrons within the Hotel.
You will get the ability to cross-train and work in multiple departments from Bars, Bistro, Retail, Accommodation, and more
**As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will be responsible for**:
- Providing food & beverage service to customers
- Taking patrons' food & beverage orders, preparing a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, cleaning bar areas, glasses, & equipment
- Taking reservations, greeting, and seating guests.
- Providing responsible service of alcohol to our patrons
- Attending and operating a gaming machine terminal including TAB & Keno.
- Receipt of monies and giving change.
- Other duties as requested
**To be successful you must have**:
- Current RSA and RGS (or able to obtain)
- Availability to work hospitality hours - 7-day rotating roster with weekend work.
- Passion for the industry and desire to learn
