Midland Hyundai & Kia have a rare opportunity for a customer centric Assistant Used Vehicle Sales Manager to join our team.
The Role
In this role, you will support the Used Vehicle Sales Manager in overseeing sales operations, developing sales strategies, providing guidance to the sales team, and ensuring exceptional customer service. To be successful, you will have excellent customer service skills, taking the time to relate to your guests to establish and maintain positive relationships, whilst continuing to grow our guest base.
You
- Previous experience and success in automotive sales is required, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Self-motivated and financially hungry with a desire and passion to excel at closing every deal
- Well presented, professional with an attitude to succeed
- Computer literate with strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Manual drivers’ licence is required
