The Role:
Due to growth, we are looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our team.
This role is based around Murrumbidgee and is open to both full-time & part-time hours with flexible working arrangements and work from home options.
Provide high-quality, evidence-based occupational therapy services to clients under Aged Care funding.
These services aim to promote independence and restore functional abilities to enable clients to remain living at home.

About You:
Degree in Occupational Therapy and current registration with the Australian Health Professional Regulation Agency.
Post-graduate experience working with various aged care services, including community settings.
Ability to assess occupational therapy needs and develop individualized programs for aged care clients in the community.
Knowledge of wellness, re-ablement, and restorative care approaches.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Computer literacy and willingness to utilize required software for a work-from-home position.
An understanding and appreciation of BaptistCare's Christian identity and organizational values.
Current first aid certificate or willingness to obtain one.
Valid unrestricted driver's license and reliable registered vehicle with minimum Third-Party Insurance.
