Responsibilities
- Keep time and attendance accurate and manage end-to-end payroll for 1,300 employees across multiple sites, agreements and awards.
- Handle onboarding, offboarding and everything in between.
- Provide clear answers to payroll queries with a service-first mindset; ensure accurate job costing and timely processing.
- Perform monthly adjustments, compliance and reporting.
- Contribute to refreshing manual processes and support the implementation of a new payroll system.
About You
- Proven experience in high-volume payroll processing and knowledge of payroll legislation
- Confident navigating complex systems and able to work when systems don’t seamlessly connect
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Cooperative and customer-focused with strong communication skills
