You'll provide high-level administrative support, manage immunisation records and data systems, and assist with the coordination of off-site immunisation sessions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a team, enjoys working with systems and people, and is committed to delivering accurate, efficient and customer-focused service in a fast-paced environment.Key Aspects of the RoleAdministrative SupportProvide high-quality administrative services to support the Immunisation Unit's daily operations, including accurate recordkeeping, document preparation, and task coordination.Data and Records ManagementMaintain and update immunisation databases and digital systems (e.g. CIRV, AIR, CaRMI, Pathway, Kapish), ensuring accurate and timely data entry and compliance with privacy standards.Customer and Stakeholder ServiceDeliver professional, courteous, and timely responses to internal and external customer enquiries, and assist during immunisation sessions to support public engagement.Teamwork and CollaborationWork collaboratively with team members and leadership to support immunisation service delivery, contribute ideas for improvement, and participate in meetings and planning.Initiative and Problem SolvingUse sound judgment and initiative to prioritise tasks, manage competing deadlines, and resolve administrative or service issues with minimal supervision.Key Selection CriteriaA relevant administration qualification or demonstrated previous experience.Highly developed communication skills (both written and verbal).Willingness to become a champion user of the Pathway modules, the CIRV/AIR/CaRMI programs (and Kapish or the ability to quickly learn data systems.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and to work independently.Working knowledge of relevant legislation and guidelines or the ability to read and understand legislation.How to ApplyVisit our website Use the "apply" button to commence your application.Applicants will be required to;Complete an online form and address the key selection criteria as outlined above (support on how to address this criteria can be found here )Upload a brief cover letterUpload a current resumePrior to commencement, the successful applicant will be required to provide the following.A copy of a recent National Police Check (less than 3 months)A current driver's licenceCurrent Working With Children Check for NSW and VICCurrent CPR CertificateThe completion of a pre-employment functional assessment (paid for by the council) might also be required.If applicable, evidence regarding right to work in Australia will need to be presented.EnquiriesTeam Leader Immunisation Services - Bernadette Kosmina - Applications close 11.59pm, 22/06/2025 ,The position may be filled prior to the clo sing date if a suitable candidate is selectedPosition Description below
