As Manager Enterprise Projects & Initiatives you'll drive strategic projects that enhance performance sustainability and procurement within the highly regulated Immigration Detention environment.
You'll own the full project lifecycle embed enterprise-wide initiatives into business-as-usual and lead a team that delivers impact. Plus you'll champion organisational resilience by managing business continuity function developing and testing plans that keep essential healthcare services running during disruptions.

Lets talk about you
You'll ideally hold a Bachelors degree in a related field and bring at least five years experience in project management or a similar discipline. Professional certifications such as PRINCE2 Agile Scrum Master or Lean Six Sigma (Yellow/Green Belt) are highly regarded or you can demonstrate equivalent expertise.
You know how to manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure with strong capabilities in governance reporting and stakeholder engagement. You're confident in handling scope schedule and risk management while keeping projects on track and delivering results.
Exposure to digital health transformation projects and an understanding of cybersecurity and data privacy requirements will set you apart. You've successfully managed projects using contemporary methodologies such as Agile Waterfall PRINCE2 or PMBOK and you're familiar with change management frameworks that drive smooth transitions.
