Our Lismore-based dental practice is seeking a Dental Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a modern, well-run practice focused on delivering high-quality, affordable dental care.
We specialise in advanced procedures including crowns, implants and wisdom teeth removal, and pride ourselves on providing outstanding patient care in a supportive and professional environment.
This is a hands‐on role suited to someone who enjoys working closely with clinicians and being actively involved in patient care. You will play an important role in supporting a wide range of treatments while helping patients feel comfortable and well cared for throughout their experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Chairside assisting across surgical and restorative procedures, including implants, crowns and extractions
* Preparing and maintaining treatment rooms and adhering to sterilisation protocols
* Assisting with digital workflows including scanning, lab coordination and clinical software
* Supporting patient comfort and post‐operative care
* Managing stock and maintaining a clean, safe clinical environment
About You
* Previous experience as a Dental Assistant preferred but not essential
* Positive, professional and reliable
* Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
* Comfortable working in a fast‐paced, team‐focused environment
* Clear and respectful communication skills
* Patient‐focused with a strong commitment to quality care
