We're seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our dynamic team. You'll manage a portfolio of approximately 140 properties across Logan and Ipswich, supported by a full‐time leasing team. This is a remote role with flexibility, requiring only one office visit every two weeks for team meetings.

The Role:
* End-to-end property management for a portfolio of 140 properties
* Perform all entry, exit, and routine inspections, and coordinate maintenance
* Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
* Ensure compliance with legislation and company standards
The Requirements:
* 3+ years experience in Property Management
* The ability to work from home and autonomously without supervision
* Hard‐working and honest work ethic
* Trustworthy and reliable
* Current QLD Certificate of Registration
* Strong communication skills with the ability to build mutually beneficial relationships
