We are an established residential real estate agency looking for a part time or full time property management assistant to join our team.
The successful applicant will be supported by a senior property manager and will be trained in our processes and database.
The Duties include, but are not limited to, are:
-Preparing rental advertisements
-Managing inspections of properties – routine, end of lease and open houses
-Completing property condition reports and updating reports
-Negotiating maintenance with tenants and landlords and organsing with tradespeople
We are looking for someone who can provide the following:
-Ability to communicate with clients offering excellent customer service skills
-Excellent prioritising and time management skills
-Fantastic initiative
-Attention to detail
The applicant must hold a current drivers licence and Real Estate experience is preferred but not essential.
