Training Coordinator Role:

* Support and facilitate the development and implementation of processes, procedures, and compliance guidelines.
* Conduct regular workplace training, audits, and assessments.
* Support incident investigations and assist in developing corrective actions plans.
* Develop, coordinate, and deliver training programs, inductions, and competency assessments.
* Maintain accurate records, registers, and documentation for all training activities.
* Monitor legislative changes and provide guidance to managers and staff on compliance requirements.
