**How will I Help?**
Customer Banking Services is part of Group Operations, providing support to a broad range of support to internal and external customers. This role sits in the Compulsory Notices & Solvencies (CNI) team whose objective is to receive, interpret and act on various orders from third parties.
As part of the CNI team, your primary duties will be acting on notices received from various third parties in relation to Westpac Group customers. To be successful in this role you will have a great attention to detail, a genuine passion for helping people and the ability to maintain a positive mindset when dealing with sometimes complex and sensitive matters.

**What do I need?**

- Experience dealing with compulsory notices would be extremely advantageous
