The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity is available for an organised and proactive Administration Officer to join a busy and dynamic team. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership of their work and thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
In this role, you will support day‑to‑day operations by providing high‑quality customer service and administrative support across multiple functions. You will play a key role in ensuring internal processes run smoothly and customers receive timely and professional service.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth day‑to‑day operation of the office.
* Managing incoming phone calls, emails and correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
* Maintaining accurate records, databases and filing systems.
* Preparing documents, reports and correspondence as required.
* Coordinating calendars, meetings and appointments.
* Assisting with data entry and basic reporting.
* Supporting internal teams with administrative tasks and coordination.
Processing forms, invoices or purchase orders as required.
* Assisting with compliance, policies and internal procedures.
* Other administrative duties as required to support the broader team.
About You
You are a highly organised and customer‑focused professional who enjoys working across multiple tasks and responsibilities. You are confident managing competing priorities, have strong attention to detail and take pride in delivering quality outcomes.
You will ideally bring:
* Previous experience in a customer service and/or administration role.
* Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Ability to work autonomously while also contributing to a team environment.
* Experience using an ERP or business management system (desirable but not essential).
