The Content Creator lives and breathes fashion, digital culture, and visual storytelling. The Content Creator role is responsible for producing engaging, on-brand content across digital platforms to grow brand awareness, community engagement, and conversion. This role blends creativity with strategy, turning concepts, trends, and products into compelling visual and written content. This is a part time role opportunity working from our Brisbane HQ.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Help to Produce and curate engaging content, including visuals, captions & copy in line with our brand tone of voice, ensuring alignment with our brand identity and marketing objectives.
* Create high-quality content for social media, website, email, and campaigns (photo, video, reels, TikTok, stories, etc.)
* Translate fashion collections, drops, and brand moments into engaging TikTok and Instagram content
* Identify, adapt, and act quickly on TikTok trends, sounds, formats, and cultural moments
* Collaborate with the creative team to generate brand specific and relevant content for social media based on the strategy for each platform
* Conceptualize, shoot, and edit content aligned with brand identity and seasonal collections
* Stay ahead of fashion, social, and cultural trends and translate them into timely content
* Collaborate with marketing, design, and e-commerce teams on launches and campaigns
* Assist with content planning and execution across the content calendar
* Support on-set content creation during photoshoots, events, and activations
* Maintain consistent brand voice, tone, and visual standards
* Analyze content performance and optimize based on insights
* Manage and organize content assets and archives
ABOUT YOU
* 2+ years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing (fashion preferred)
* Strong visual eye with an understanding of fashion aesthetics and trends
* Proficiency in content tools (e.g. Adobe Suite, CapCut, Final Cut, Canva, or similar)
* Confident in front of camera and comfortable shooting and editing video and stills (mobile and/or camera)
* Strong writing skills for captions, short-form copy, and storytelling
* Experience with Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging platforms
* Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally
* Highly organized, adaptable, and deadline-driven
* Excellent written communication skills and a creative flair for engaging an audience.
* Proactive, with a can-do attitude and initiative.
