Key Responsibilities
* Provide HR advice and guidance to management and employees
* Lead recruitment efforts for technical, factory, and trades vacancies
* Coordinate new starter processes and create employment contracts
* Support managers with Employee Relations issues, including under-performance and disciplinary matters
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Degree qualified or equivalent experience in Human Resource Management
* Strong understanding of Industrial Relations, specifically the Fair Work Act and NES
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* High level of attention to detail and ability to prioritize workload
