We're seeking aCommunity Managerto oversee the daily operations of a premium lifestyle community designed for active, independent over-50s. This is a hands-on leadership role where your people skills, financial acumen, and operational expertise will help shape a welcoming and well-run village.
Salary & Benefits
* Salary:$90,000 - $110,000 + Superannuation + Bonuses
* Bonus:Annual performance-based bonus

What You'll Be Doing
* Lead the Village: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, safety, and presentation of the community.
* Foster Connection: Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and service providers.
* Drive Financial Success: Manage budgets, control costs, and report on financial performance.
* Stay Compliant: Uphold legislative and health & safety standards with confidence.
* Support Sales: Collaborate with the sales team to maintain high standards of presentation.
* Engage Locally: Represent the village in the broader Toowoomba community and support resident-led initiatives.
What You'll Bring
* Experience in lifestyle village, property, or community management.
* Strong financial and operational management skills.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
* A proactive, hands-on leadership style.
* Knowledge of relevant legislation (or willingness to learn).
* Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
