Key Responsibilities Conduct Initial Needs and Vocational Assessments Manage end-to-end RTW cases in line with Comcare and insurer expectations Collaborate with employers, treating providers, and insurers to drive sustainable RTW outcomes Deliver engaging health coaching and counselling sessions Maintain accurate, timely case notes and reports that meet compliance standards About You: ✔ Tertiary qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling or Social Work ✔ Current Comcare accreditation (essential) ✔ Membership with ASORC or AASW ✔ Experience in vocational rehabilitation or disability case management ✔ Strong understanding of biopsychosocial frameworks and workplace mental health ✔ Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills ✔ Passionate about helping people reclaim purpose and independence
