We are seeking a qualified and experienced Wellbeing Assistant to join our vibrant wellbeing team at an aged care residence in Wagga Wagga.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering engaging, purposeful, and varied lifestyle programs that positively impact residents' physiological, physical, and emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging lifestyle programs that meet the needs of our residents.
* Work collaboratively with the wellbeing team to create a joyful and caring environment for our residents.
* Provide support and assistance to residents as needed.
* Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture.

Requirements
We are looking for someone who:
* Holds experience delivering lifestyle programs (prior experience as a Lifestyle/Wellbeing Assistant in aged care is highly desirable).
* Has a Certificate IV or Diploma in Lifestyle and Leisure (or equivalent) or Cert III/IV in Aged Care with significant lifestyle experience.
* Is creative, enthusiastic, and tech-savvy.
* Possesses a current First Aid Certificate and CPR.
* Is fully vaccinated against Covid-19.
* Holds a current police check to work with vulnerable people.
