You will play a key role in driving business growth by managing existing client relationships and identifying new opportunities for revenue expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Managing a defined portfolio of clients to drive new customer acquisition and maintain existing revenue streams.
 * Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, aligned with industry standards, including achievement of agreed Client Satisfaction (CSAT/NPS) outcomes.
 * Preparing clear and compelling sales quotes and proposals that meet customer needs.
 * Building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline at appropriate levels.
 * Representing the organization at industry events as required.
 * Maintaining a strong understanding of managed services, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity offerings.
 * Maintaining a strong understanding of strategic partnerships.
 * Developing account and sales plans for key prospects and existing clients.
 * Working effectively with technical, project, and service teams to deliver positive customer outcomes.
About You
 * Minimum 3 years' experience in sales and/or account management.
 * Experience within the technology sector.
 * Strong understanding of managed IT services, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity.
 * Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
 * Ability to build relationships with executives and decision-makers.
