About the Role:

The successful applicant will act as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing strategic HR guidance aligned with business goals. They will collaborate with teams to drive workforce planning and talent management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

* Act as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing strategic HR guidance aligned with business goals.
* Collaborate with teams to drive workforce planning and talent management initiatives.
* Partner with stakeholders to develop and implement change management strategies.
* Provide expert advice on employee relations and performance management matters.
* Support the development and execution of HR policies and procedures.
* Analyse workforce data to identify trends and recommend proactive solutions.
* Facilitate learning and development programs to build organisational capability.
* Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives across the organisation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The successful applicant will have:

* Relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
* Proven experience in a blue collar workforce environment
* At least 10 years of experience as an HR Generalist
* Proven experience in a strategic HR role, within the Public Sector.
* Strong understanding of workforce planning and organisational design.
* Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
* Ability to analyse and interpret workforce data effectively.
* Knowledge of employment legislation and compliance requirements.
