Entry-Level Claims Coordinator Role
This exciting opportunity is perfect for a motivated and proactive individual who wants to make a real difference in the insurance industry. As part of our QLD Claims Team, you'll gain valuable experience and skills in customer service and administration, supporting property insurance claims.
Main Responsibilities:
* Assisting with the processing of new claims into our systems
* Providing administrative support to the QLD estimating team
* Scheduling appointments across QLD
* Submitting quotes and reports via client portals and systems
* Answering inbound phone calls from insurers, customers, and trades
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
* Strong organizational and planning skills
* The ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
* Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn new systems
* Previous customer service or administrative experience (preferred but not essential)
