Based in our Vermont head office, this pivotal role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys playing a key part in ensuring seamless sales operations.As a Sales Coordinator, you will work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to deliver outstanding service to our clients and internal stakeholders. Your work will contribute directly to sales performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.What you'll be doingQualify incoming leadsand assist in assessing sales opportunitiesCommunicate directly with clientsvia phone and email to provide support, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experienceMaintain accurate and up-to-date recordsin our CRM system, ensuring customer data integrityPrepare and manage sales documentationincluding quotes, proposals, contracts, presentations, and reportsSupport Account Managersby coordinating communication, tracking performance, and identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities within existing client portfoliosProcess sales orders and customer inquiriesefficiently and professionallyCoordinate and support sales-related events, product training, and marketing activitiesProvide generaladministrative supportto the sales team and contribute to the overall success of the departmentLiaise with internal teams(logistics, technical, finance) to ensure smooth delivery of goods and services to clientsWhat we're looking forPrevious experience in asales coordination, sales admin, or account management supportrole (ideally in a B2B or technology environment)Outstandingorganisational skillsand attention to detailStrong interpersonal andcommunication skills, both written and verbalA proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesProficiency withCRM systems(e.g. Zoho, Salesforce) and virtual video conference tools.Tertiary qualifications inbusiness, sales, marketing, or a related discipline(preferred but not essential)What we offerAt Andatech, we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and fulfilling work environment.
