NT Health manages the Northern Territory public health system, operating as one system across 5 regions, providing the full spectrum of essential, quality health services, from health promotion to prevention, treatment, rehabilitation, and palliative care across the life course.
Located in Darwin, the Top End Mental Health and Alcohol and Other Drugs Services provides specialist tertiary mental health services to clients and their families across the Northern Region of Australia, including case management, assessments and therapeutic treatment, care and interventions.
As the Team Manager – Adult Mental Health Team your primary objective is to provide high-level leadership, guidance and expert advice to ensure effective delivery of adult mental health services in line with legislative requirements, best-practice models and relevant National and local policies. Build strong partnerships with government agencies and stakeholders, analyse complex issues to develop practical solutions and timely actions, ensuring compliance with service quality and work health and safety standards while fostering a positive workplace culture through exemplary leadership and role modelling.
As the Nurse Clinical Consultant – Adult Mental Health Team your primary objective is to provide high-level leadership, guidance and expert advice to ensure effective delivery of adult mental health services in line with legislative requirements, best-practice models and relevant National and local policies. Build strong partnerships with government agencies and stakeholders, analyse complex issues to develop practical solutions and timely actions, ensuring compliance with service quality and work health and safety standards while fostering a positive workplace culture through exemplary leadership and role modelling.
