Administrative Assistant Position

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Administrative Assistant.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support across various departments, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

This includes tasks such as invoicing, debt collection, reviewing work reports and expenses, preparing periodic reports, maintaining updated filing systems, and coordinating travel arrangements for technicians and sales area managers.


Required Skills and Qualifications

* Proficiency in accounting software and bookkeeping experience preferred;
* Advanced computer skills;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* High level of reliability and attention to detail;
* Superior English language skills (verbal and written).
