About the opportunity:
We are currently looking for a skilledMaintenance Fitterto join our Forestville site in Adelaide. You will become an integral member of the maintenance team, as a Shift Maintenance Fitter you will make a strong contribution to our high performing Operations team and team culture.You will provide high quality maintenance and repairs to equipment throughout the plant, with a strong emphasis on preventative maintenance, to achieve acceptable production levels and a high standard in engineering support.
4 on 4 off roster 8-week patten, average 42hours per week
2 days, 2 nights then 4 days off
Dayshift 6am to 6pm, Night shift 6pm to 6am
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out preventative maintenance to plant and equipment within the facility
* Carry out service and repair of Mechanical plant and equipment within the facility, Prioritise all types of given work
* Diagnose faults and carry out modifications to equipment
* Participate in all training as required by the company
* Effective reporting of any issues relating to company SH&E & QA policies
* Point of contact when attending a breakdown
Experience required:
* Mechanical trade certificate
* High level of technical and diagnostic skills
* Processed based risk assessment skills
* Excellent communication and numeracy skills
* Full working rights in Australia
