The Perioperative Nurse Educator is a key clinical leader who supports a culture of continuous learning across MBPH. In this role, you will work with the Nursing team to develop, deliver and evaluate education programs that meet individual and organisational needs.
You will help ensure our workforce is equipped to provide safe, evidence-based, patient-centred care. The role may require working across different MBPH sites or departments as needed.
Qualifications
* Demonstrated advanced clinical knowledge and/or minimum of 5 years' experience in the relevant area of specialty
* Current Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment or willingness to complete within 12 months
* Registration with AHPRA as a registered nurse/midwife without conditions
* Skills and experience in the supervision, mentoring and performance development of staff in an acute care clinical setting
This position is remunerated at an Educator (RN35) under the Nurses and Midwives (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement.
