What's the Role?
As our Assistant Venue Manager, you'll be at the heart of the action, supporting the Venue Manager, leading your team, keeping energy high, and standards even higher. You'll help deliver our renowned guest experience and share the CHI through everything you do.
From daily operations and rostering to KPI management and team development, you'll play a key role in the success of one of our newest venues at Orion Park.
