About the Role
As our Practice Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the seamless operation of our well-established DB Dental North Fremantle practice. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll partner with the clinical team and the Practice Development Manager to ensure our practice runs smoothly and patients receive top-tier care. What You’ll Bring
- Experience leading a growing dental practice (ideally 2+ years) and proven success in dental assisting and reception roles.

- A strong foundation in sales, business development, marketing, and customer service.
- A natural ability to troubleshoot, prioritise, and multitask with a positive and proactive mindset.
