* Channel Development & Management: Develop and maintain channel partnerships in Australia, including distributors, installers, and EPCs, building long-term and stable cooperative relationships.
* Customer Visits & Communication: Conduct regular customer visits to understand needs, provide product solutions and technical support, and drive project implementation.
* Competitive Analysis: Continuously monitor the Australian energy storage market dynamics, competitor information, and industry policies; produce market analysis reports to inform company product strategies.
* Sales Collaboration: Work closely with technical support, product, marketing, and other teams to ensure a complete loop from pre-sales solutions to after-sales delivery.
* Exhibitions & Events: Represent the company at industry exhibitions, seminars, and promotional events in Australia to enhance brand awareness and market presence.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
* 5+ years of sales experience in the energy storage / solar / new energy industry; prior experience in the Australian market is preferred.
* Familiar with the Australian home energy storage market landscape and mainstream brands.
Required Skills
* Fluent in English (written and spoken), able to use it as a working language.
* Familiar with the technical specifications and application scenarios of home energy storage products (inverters, batteries, EMS, etc.).
* Excellent business negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
* Familiar with Australian sales channel models (distributors, installers, retail channels, etc.).
* Proven ability to independently develop and execute regional sales plans.
* Strong cross-functional communication and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
* Existing network of local Australian distributors and installers.
* Knowledge of Australian energy storage policies and subsidy programs (e.g., STC, state-level battery rebates, etc.).
* Proficiency in Chinese or other languages for communication with headquarters and diverse customers.
* Experience in solar + energy storage integrated system project sales.
* Familiarity with Australian electrical safety standards and certification requirements (CEC, SAA, etc.).
