Despite its relatively young age, Our Boy Roy has established itself as a staple of the Adelaide Hospitality scene.
A new opportunity has presented itself for an experienced Chef to lead and continue momentum as we enter our next chapter.
Roy is looking for someone who has a passion for the industry, who loves pushing boundaries, and absolutely loves food.
The Head Chef will be hands on running a well organised and clean Kitchen, that is efficient & profitable. A place that is welcoming, inclusive, hard working and fun.
Roys "day to day" remains Breakfast, Brunch & Lunch with the addition of the occasional Special Event, Functions and (small batch) Catering amongst the kitchen team.
This is an opportunity for someone to really stamp their place in this industry, and drive the venue to an elite level.
Working with Ownership and Venue Management, the Head Chef will be given the licence to create and have fun with the menu driving our brand and standards.
