**About the role**
Day to day, you'll:
- Be a central contact point to provide expertise on the processes & business operations for the insurance products.
- You will engage with other SME's and stakeholders to identify impacts of business or Portfolio change initiatives.
- Co-ordinate and communicate the overall impacts and interdependencies of change initiatives to the leadership team so they are informed and able to prioritise change and manage impacts including risks to service delivery.
- Lead and execute data analysis across the membership database.
- Support leaders and the business in the implementation of insurance initiatives. This includes coaching, and "hands on" delivery of initiatives as required.
- Foster a culture of sustainable continuous improvement by identifying and driving opportunities for improvement.

**About you**
It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills we'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely your tick some of the following boxes too:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, IT or other related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Extensive experience in the superannuation and life insurance industry and understanding of business operational processes is required.
- Experience working in change areas or an analytical role in a variety of complex situations, preferably in a program/project environment. Understanding of end-to-end process design.
- Demonstrated inclusive, collaborative and engaging approach; including the ability to consult, facilitate, negotiate and influence with a broad range of people at all levels.
- Highly developed analytical and organisational mindset together with effectiveness in building and implementing new processes and procedures as required.
