About the Role:
We are seeking a trainee to join our team and assist individuals in need. As a trainee, you will have the opportunity to develop skills and knowledge in the homelessness sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop skills and knowledge to support individuals seeking emergency crisis accommodation or homeless assistance.
* Work towards completing a Diploma level of study relevant to this sector.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Working towards a Diploma in Community Services or related discipline.
* Ability to develop skills and attributes to work in the Homelessness sector.
* Knowledge and understanding of legislation and policies relevant to the community services sector.
* Ability to develop knowledge of other areas of related need (e.g., family violence, mental health, criminal justice, AOD).
