Available Roles
Store Manager
* Oversee store operations and lead a team of sales associates.
* Drive sales and implement strategies to meet revenue targets.
* Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships.
* Manage inventory, visual merchandising, and promotional activities.
* Ensure compliance with operational policies and safety regulations.
Assistant Manager
* Support daily operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and team supervision.
* Lead and motivate nightfill and merchandising teams.
* Maintain stock levels, execute markdowns, and ensure compliance with ticketing and signage standards.
* Assist with new product launches, sales setups, and feature displays.
* Provide exceptional customer service to create a joyful in-store atmosphere.

What We're Looking For
* Retail experience, preferably in toys or big‐box retail, with strong leadership skills.
* Excellent organisational, problem‐solving, and communication abilities.
* Knowledge of toy trends and brands is a bonus!
* Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
