The ERP Change Manager role is a critical position within the organization, driving the adoption of new systems and processes across the group.
Key Responsibilities:
* Implement an effective ERP Change & Training Management Plan to ensure successful system adoption.
* Conduct ongoing change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to identify refinements or adjustments needed to the change approach.
* Support leaders and change champions in driving and sustaining new ways of working across the business.
* Develop and coordinate communication materials and engagement activities to facilitate project messaging.
* Deliver the Communications Strategy and oversee learner readiness and training effectiveness.
* Buildeffective relationships with stakeholders at all levels to foster trust and collaboration.
