Job Title: Site Operations Coordinator
The site operations coordinator will oversee the daily functioning of the on-site office, ensuring efficient management of records, files and correspondence, as well as scheduling appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day activities of the on-site office
* Provide administrative support to senior management and other departments
* Maintain accurate spreadsheets, databases and documentation
* Coordinate access for clients and contractors
* Assist in mobilising personnel to site
* Arrange travel and accommodation for staff
* Process purchase orders and invoices
* Support payroll with timely data submission
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a similar role or industry sector
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related software
* Ability to pass pre-employment medical
* Current and valid driver's licence
