Senior - Principal Geotechnical Engineer / Engineering Geologist role at Illawarra Mercury. Our Wollongong team is looking for an experienced geotechnical professional to provide technical knowledge, project management experience and business development results in the region. You must possess proven experience in managing geotechnical projects from start to finish, as well as training and developing junior staff and managing client relationships. Lead geotechnical projects from inception to completion. Provide technical knowledge and guidance to project teams. Manage client relationships and contribute to business development in the Illawarra region. Train and develop junior staff. Qualifications
6+ years of experience as an engineer or geologist in a consultancy workplace. An engineering, geology or earth science degree. Chartership status, or progressing chartership application. Experience leading geotechnical projects in residential, commercial, and land development. Local Wollongong preference; NSW or wider AUS experience considered. Full Australian driver's license. Australia or NZ citizen or permanent resident. Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; exceptional organisation. Employment Details
