Agribusiness Valuation Expert

We are seeking an experienced Agribusiness Valuation Expert to join our team. This role involves valuing a broad selection of rural property types, including dryland and irrigated cropping, high rainfall and pastoral grazing, dairy, equine, poultry, forestry, vineyards, wineries, horticulture, post farm gate infrastructure and water entitlements.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience as a Registered Valuer and hold an Associate Member of the API qualification. They will also possess commercial awareness, problem-solving skills, and the ability to build strong business relationships with key internal and external contacts.

* Key Responsibilities:
* Valuate agribusiness-based properties for private, corporate, institutional, and financial clients.
* Develop and implement marketing initiatives to drive business development and client engagement.
* Collaborate extensively with the Agribusiness Transaction team and other service lines across the organization.
* Travel to regional/remote areas of WA to conduct site visits and inspections.

* Associate Member of the API and Registered Valuer qualification.
* At least 5 years' experience in valuation or a related field.
* Commercial awareness and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to build strong business relationships with key internal and external contacts.
