We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable role to be part of our team at ECA Corporate in our Sussex Street Sydney office.
This role is a corporate finance support position responsible for providing support to the corporate function, processing and arranging payments for corporate invoices, managing corporate credit cards and their reconciliations, and assisting with month‐end accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities
* Booking of group level vendor bills in the accounting system (Technology One) based on delegation of authority matrix.
* Processing payments, booking and review of corporate credit card transactions and timely reconciliation of allocated credit cards.
* Processing payments in the accounting system and uploading payment files in the banking portal for approval of bank signatories.
* Ensure expenses are correctly recorded for cost centres, Tax, FBT and GST compliance.
* Monthly bank and corporate credit card reconciliation of allocated ECA group accounts.
* Owning balance sheet reconciliations of all AP related GL accounts including accruals.
As the Successful Candidate You Will Ideally Have
* Sound knowledge of financial accounting fundamentals.
* Expert knowledge of various accounting systems.
* Detailed oriented and focused on completing work with accuracy and timeliness.
* Excellent analytical and Excel skills.
* High level accuracy in data processing.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of multidisciplinary teams.
