Our client, a prominent Federal Government agency is seeking MULTIPLE skilled and experienced Program Manager/Project Manager to lead mission-critical projects within a collaborative, high-performing team, overseeing and coordinating multiple initiatives across their Canberra, Melbourne or Adelaide offices. This role offers a 6-month contract—with a strong likelihood of extension for a further 12 months—reflecting the strategic importance of the work.
The successful Candidates will be responsible for, but not limited to;
Providing leadership to senior and junior project managers
Ensure projects are adhering to establish plans, standards, processes, and procedures
Understand, translate and prioritise project interdependencies
Track multiple project costs, scope schedules and performance against project milestones
Develop and maintain strong stakeholder and client relationships
The successful Candidates will need the below:
5+Years experience managing multiple IT projects Simultaneously
High level of attention to detail with the ability to see the big picture
Demonstrated clear, effective communication skills
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a changing workplace
