We are offering permanent and casual positions to suit your needs and lifestyle.What you will doAs a Personal Care Worker, you are responsible for ensuring:Positive resident experience through resident-first approachPersonal care is provided in accordance with each resident’s needs and preferences.Completing care documentation, including progress notes and daily chartsA collaborative, team approachManual handling of residents is undertaken safely and correctlyFeedback and incidents are reportedSafe, high-quality care is provided in accordance with the Aged Care Quality StandardsWho are you and what will you bring?Minimum Enrolled in or Completion of Cert III in Aged CareExperience in providing daily care and activities to clientsCurrently, hold and maintain an NDIS Worker Clearance (or willing to obtain one)Be passionate about delivering a person-centered approach to careDemonstrate strong verbal and written communication skillsInterested?
