We're seeking a dynamic and highly organised creative person to join our team.
This is a hybrid role that blends day-to-day artist management with label/project coordination and cultural consulting. You'll work closely with the management team to drive artist campaigns, support releases, and contribute to the evolving culture of the label.
You'll also play a key role in shaping the creative and cultural direction of the company. This includes contributing ideas for campaigns, merch, visual identity, events and brand collaborations. It's essential to stay tapped into global club culture, underground music scenes, diverse communities and digital trends. Not shy of suggesting innovative ways to promote artists and grow the business. We're energised by new ideas and thinking differently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Be the go-to person for communication, scheduling and planning
* Support all aspects of artist activity including tour logistics, advancing, marketing, press timelines, release rollouts, brand partnerships, merchandise, and content calendars
* Liaise with agents, labels, collaborators, creatives, PR, and brand partners across territories
* Circulate regular updates, ensuring all members are in the loop on the latest information
* Track assets, deliverables, and approvals - keeping everything moving with clarity and momentum
* Keep assets current and up to date
* Maintain accountability for tracking across projects
* Work closely with support teams to define responsibilities and ensure tasks are handled efficiently
Label Support
* Assist in the delivery of music - from fine-tuning metadata, pitching, timeline and release schedule management
* Work with our distributor to submit releases on time, with all deliverables and supporting information
* Support with campaign reporting, data tracking and keep stakeholders updated
You Should Have
* Ideal 2–3+ years experience in music or cultural project management (label, agency, management, production or touring)
* Strong understanding of the release process and digital landscape
* Excellent organisational, time management and communication skills
* A passion for artist development and cultural storytelling
* Good taste, with an interest in the intersection of music, art, fashion, sport and community
* Familiarity with tools like Google Drive, Dropbox, Asana and DSP platforms
* Bonus if you have experience working across brand partnerships or social content planning
Working With Us
We value clear communication, creativity, flexibility and care. You'll be working across music that matters, in a supportive and collaborative environment that celebrates progressive club culture and elevates diverse voices.
We know experience isn't always easy to come by. So even if you don't tick every single box, but you're a fast learner and ready to grow, we'd love to hear from you. We are open to hear about your projects too, especially if they sit in the world of artist management or releasing independent music.
We strongly encourage people of all backgrounds to apply - especially those from marginalised or underrepresented communities.
We believe diverse perspectives make what we do better.
