Role Description
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing growth opportunities to expand the organization's reach and impact. Day-to-day tasks include building relationships with stakeholders, generating new business leads, developing strategic partnerships, and monitoring market trends. The role also involves creating customized proposals, participating in community engagement efforts, and ensuring alignment with company goals and values. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Adelaide, SA, with opportunities for remote work.
Qualifications
* Proven expertise in Business Development, Strategic Planning, and Sales
* Exceptional Communication, Relationship-Building, and Negotiation skills
* Experience in Market Research, Data Analysis, and Reporting
* Knowledge and understanding of NDIS services, homecare systems, or similar industries
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while achieving targets
* Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
* Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in the healthcare or disability services sector, is an advantage
